Well I went to the Rock Falls track yesterday, and ended up with my best time so far. Here is a rundown of the slip R/T .... .078 60' .... 2.133 330 .... 5.647 1/8 .... 8.357 MPH ... 91.03 1000 ... 10.695 1/4 .... 12.626 MPH ... 117.08 My 60' sucks a lot, but that was bout the best I could muster on the stock 225 street tires. I spun the tires a lot towards the end of first even at about half throttle, and the shift into second was pretty ugly, I needed to lift off otherwise it would spin even worse. Got in 8 runs, and made it to the semifinals of the consolidation bracket race when I redlit. Can't wait to get some sticky tires on it, and see what it will do. Although I'll have to wait until about the last trip of the year for that. I don't think the stock AODE is going to handle too much of that.
I'm hoping to make it through the rest of this year with the stock tranny, then swap it out this winter for a T56 Viper Tranny. 6 speed
