OK I ran into a problem today. WHen i got my car done it was noticed my ball joints were bad. The guy who did my motor threw a pair of pony wheels on and took my centerline wheels off and set them to the side till I had balljoints and an alignment. the LAST words i said to him were DO not do anything with my wheels i will be back to see if the car rides and handles better after i have the joints and an alignment. I put balljoints on and got the alignment today, easy enough, but when i called to see if he was going to be home so I could test my wheels he said "that'll be kind of hard since I sold them". Is there any legal action I can take? I can't get real ugly because he has my 95 in his garage till i go pick it up, but when i do I plan on letting him know how unhappy I am. those wheels are what set the ****ing car off.

story to them.

they'll give it back to you at the hospital.. i think it is stupid how the cops always don't get involved in a problem and then it just escalates and they have to get involved... then they say "you should have let us handle this in the first place" >:O .. they probably looked up your vehicles and saw you own a ii and said "eff him"
