I set my speed sensitive volume setting to 6. The Owner's Guide recommends a level of 1 to 3.

What setting do you find gives you approximately the same radio volume at idle and on the highway? I'm curious as to whether my car is noisier at highway speed than most. It is completely stock.

    Thanks for the info.

I have mine set to 4. My volume is usually on 2-1/2 to 3 depending on the CD. I don't change it when Im on the highway.

I keep mine at 3. But when I did lot's of stop and go, I kept it at 1. I could hear it kicking in and out too much, drove me nuts.

With the top up, the scv is too loud.
With the top down it's too quiet.

    Oh well... :)
