what size coil overs?

im going to be lowering my 89 convertible at least 2 inches and i've found some coil overs MUSTANG UPR COIL OVER KIT WITH SPRINGS 1979-2004 but im not sure which spring rate.

10" 375
12" 250
12" 350
14" 130
14" 150
14" 175

also, are these for the front or rear? or for both and i have to order 2 pairs of them?

Dependson the weight of your car and what you do with it. A nice solid street setup would be 14" 150 up front. UPR does makea coil over kit for the rear but it wont lower the car.
