Which Black 03/04 Cobra on HW18 on Friday?

I was on my bike and on HW18 heading west (towards federal way) and I look in my rear view and see a nice looking 03/04 cobra. I gave him thumbs up and he kind of gunned it past me. His license plate said HISSS or HSSSSS or something?
