Finally ready to supercharge my 99 silver ann ed.gt vert w/ 15k on it.My only mods are mac prochamber, mac cat back, frpp 410, tokico lowering kit,18's.Car is a 5spd and would prefer a centrifical kit.I've herd of a vortech moongoose kit and steeda kit w/steeda tuned ecm.Do not want to blow my stock motor, want approx 380 to rear wheels. Is this possible ,or am i dreaming.WHICH IS THE BETTER KIT.Have never driven/or been in a s/c car. What can i expect. Thanks all.

380 sounds cool :D its my understanding from reading it a million times on the forum that 400 hp is the thresold where the stock connecting rods are going to be the weak link. So 380 sounds good gives you just a little "safety" margin. The quality of the tunes seem to play a key role in keeping the stock engine one piece. I'm planning at least $800 in my blower budget for at least two days of tuning(I need $6000 to make it happen KB 9lb INTC, + 255lp pump+ 3 new gauges + time on the dyno & tune+ new spark plugs).
