Who sells GOOD Starter Relays????

Finally fixed it after 5 relays I took the one off of my
86 Capri and put it on the McLaren and its fine
I bought
Standard
Wells
MotorCraft
All Junk
Who makes a good one?????

Not trying to be a smart A$$, but if your having that much trouble with relays I'd buy which ever one was on your 86 Capri since it seemed to fix your problem.

That's wierd that your Motorcraft was junk. It's hard to beat OEM parts. I'd start looking into other areas of the circuit. It may not be the relay giving you all the greif.

don't buy CHINA relays I will tell ya that.

Give Echlin a try. I know a lot of people that won't put anything but Echlin electical parts in their cars.

replace your pos and neg battery cable....blew 3 starter relays in a week and that was why. (cables were bad).

Everthing is Brand New
Batt,wires,Solenoid,Starter,Alt,Volt Reg,Ignition Switch,Key Tumbler
I put 5 on in a row and ONLY the one worked was off of my 86 Capri.
