Will The MM STB and the Vortech Aftercooler System Work Together on a 99+ GT?

I have a 2000 Mustang GT with a Vortech V2SQ on it now, and the MM STB that fits perfectly. I had the STB and some other items sent out to be chromed/polished last winter.

I am wondering if the piping for the Vortech Aftercooler will fit under the MM STB. I ask because I spent a lot of $$ getting my STB chromed, and I want to keep using it. Anyone who knows specifically whether this combo will work together, please advise. I would like to top off my combo with a polished Aftercooler in the near future.
