Wuts the sensor beside the IAC?

    That smaller sensor that's right beside the Idle Air Control valve on our cars... what is it? I broke my BBK Throttle Body valve and after replacing the throttle body the car won't idle over 500 RPM. I've been looking for an air leak and I suspect that that small sensor should have some kind of gasket between it and the throttle body. Plus, the bolts won't go all the way in, lol.

    I just don't remember there being a gasket in the box for that sensor. Bothers me I don't even know what that sensor is as well.

    tps sensor. (throttle position sensor) it controls the idle.
