I removed my first two cats (precats), the secondary main cats are still there. The only thing i noticed is my sound and growll :D i did not notice any HP/Torq gain or loss. No engine check light has come out and i have been driving the car like that for a month now, AND I HAVE JUST HAD A STATE INSPECTION AND PASSED!!
and I finally got the sound i was looking for check it out

it isn't that hard to pass tailpipe emmissions without a cat. It is the visual inspection that gets you.
