I'll assume you're kidding. Otherwise, it's a good way to get your car vandalized......or worse still, your face.cuz id rather find one on an explorer at school, take it, and put a sticker or something over it and half the retards around my town wouldnt know the difference LMAO
i dont like the 35th or 40th anniversary badges...too much or something, i dunno. Im looking all over the place for a explorer with the V8 emblem though!!!!

I will probably never shop at 50resto again. I've been to the store numerous times now, but the first time I ever actually bought anything, I got the worst salesperson ever (just ask sicK96GT). It's not 50resto's fault, per se, it's just that I can save an average of $14.75 PER $100 buying online (I save on tax, and discounts that online retailers offer).

...................Moral to the story is: Don't impulse buy, and research prices before you buy.
2nd moral to the story: Start from the top, and work down.

yeah. I do like how it looks without the horse also, but I would like to have a choice in the matter.
last week someone ripped the horse out of the grille on my '66
id rather find one on an explorer at school and take it
well if i took the bars from behind the pony off would the pony alone cover the holes u think??
that sucks man. cant believe someone would go around ripping things off of other cars. seriously, who would do that...
...oh yeah, i remember now
Nope. There are two holes one above the other, i doubt the pony will be tall enough.
Check out www.oceanemblems.com. A few years ago I had them make me a saleen style badge, and they sell that now. They still have a picture of my car in their gallery from when it was all jacket-up and 4x4. They'll make you something custom if you want them too, and the quality is great. They are very low profile badges too... very thin.
I have the 281 oval fender badges, but have decided they don't look right. Think I'm gonna replace them with v6 ponies.
I dont have the oval ones. These are the ones I had them make:

I love em
I liked those alot, but when I showed my husband he made fun of me and said it looks like the Ferrari horse so I didn't get them.
