Time to tackle the worst part of the car. The nasty undercarriage. It had a lot of suspension upgrades done but most of it is not up to my standards so there will be over 100 hours spent making it perfect. Here’s some early pics to show how nasty it is .

I installed these all the time and you weld like 4 points according to most manufacturers. But these guys welded the damn things front to back and every weld is ugly as sin. They have to have used a whole spool of welding wire.

Yes, yes it is. Lol!
one full length and one not and the are welded all the way together

Yea, maybe that was the plan. Ugliest welds Ive ever seen. Must and been popping and cracking weld for hours to make that mess

Step one. Strip it all out and start scrubbing that nasty spray bomb undercoating and grime. This job sucked but it’s a night and day difference

Yep. Bodyworking and smoothing the subframes and righting the wrong. Lol!

Prime the bottom. Yea. Just so I can sand some more
