93 Cobra owners... Please help!!!!!!!

I really, really need some help concerning 93 Cobra front rotors. Would somebody be so kind to measure the total height of a 93 Cobra front rotor as if it was laying down flat. I've read where they have a 3/4 inch taller "hat" on them, compared to a GT rotor. I'm needing some extra tire-to-shock clearance on my 90 GT that I'm running 93 Cobra wheels on. 3 out of 3 rotor shops I've called said the 93 Cobra rotors are 3.74 inches tall and the 90 GT's are 3.75 inches tall. That conflicts with the information contained in this 93 Cobra specs page...
http://www.1993cobra.com/data.htm
The rotor information is under the suspension/ brakes section about halfway down the page.

Please someone help me get my stang back on the road

one thread should be enough...

Specifications
The front brakes were near identical to the regular 5.0L except for the front rotors which carried part number F3ZZ-1102-A. The rotor "hat" or the area where the wheel sat on the hub was 3/4" thicker if laid side by side to a regular 5.0 rotor. The wheels had a different offset because of the wider rear differential so this is how Ford solved the problem. I personally think just manufacturing axle brake brackets would have been cheaper especially since they were already being produced by Ford Motorsports but I'm not a bean counter for Ford. Not to mention rear wheel disc brake conversions for regular Mustangs would have been super easy.just get these.

One thread should be enough?
I started this new thread to specifically call upon the help of 93 Cobra owners by use of the "93 Cobra owners...Please help" title.

Thanks for the LRS link.
I'm trying to verify the information contained in the 93 Cobra specs link in my first post (the part you copied and pasted into your post). I've called 3 rotor companies and all 3 said that the 93 Cobra rotor was actually .01 inch shorter... not 3/4 inch taller. I don't want to order something and have to turn around and pay for shipping on a return.

Can someone please measure the height of their 93 Cobra rotor so I can have that info handy when ordering so I can verify I'm ordering the right part.

Thank you so much .

You could always just sell your 93 cobra's to me and get some replica's... that would solve your problem... and solve mine of trying to find a set of oem 93's...

peace.

because I have 88 TC rear end (aka 93 cobra rear end) and no one makes a 4 lug with that much wheel offset... only thing i've found that will work are oem cobra rims. the replica's do not fit 93 cobra's. so the replica will not work for my setup... we'll see i just ordered another 95 cobra r rim (4 lug) with a 34mm offset... we'll see how that fits, it'll be in the end of this week.

How did the 95 cobra R fit?
