Mine looks close to that. We cut out the dual exhaust hangers (original GT car) and put them on the new pan. Seat mounting brackets too. Exchause the poor welds. I took a few classes, but my dad always makes me do them, even though he is way better. Pictures attached.

What are the date codes on the heads and are they close to the block?

The only difference between the A code and C code cars is a 4br carb/intake and flat top pistons that upped the compression. The intake will likely be "C6OE-9425-B". This is the engineering year, NOT the date stamp. You'll have to check that too. That will be like 4D11 which stands for 1964...

A bit of a warning, you are being told these cars are every bit as good as a new car, which is true. You still are buying a long time used car with a past and until that "past" (of problems) is fully known, you get what you get. Lastly, the "cheapness" is also half because we think YOU...
