i have my engine and gearbox back in my 88 vert. I rebuilt the stock motor. I did this 7 months ago and I having trouble remembering exactly how all the accessories bolted up to the engine. anybody have anything with an exploded view??? or some info online to help me out a little?

I did as u suggested and two small pieces of metal fell out when the tailshaft broke free. they measure a 1/2" long by 1/8" wide?????? am I f@#$%???

I pulled the engine and tranny....I upgraded the retainer bearing with a steel one. and now the shifter wont budge! not from side to side in neutral or shift into gear. I did back off a bolt on the gearbox (drivers side) with a round head that had a torx bit or allan key in the center and then...

thanks for the advice...sounds like a great budget build...but, I would like to keep my numbers matching. plus im very concerned about tuning! nobody on this island can tune a car properly so that's why I wanted to go with something mild like a cam and RR...right now the the car is bone stock...

A top end kit will run me $3000+ and another $2000 for the rebuild! $5000 is a little more than I wanna put into my engine right now. Gotta get a new top, gears, and headers first. Maybe I will just 100% stock rebuild???...

I installed a bbk hpipe...flowmaster mufflers and tailpipes...there is an o2 bung for the sensors but my check engine light came on....whats the solution?

I have a 5 lug conversion on my 88 gt 17x9 factory ford bullitt rims with 245 45 17 tires. the rims are getting destroyed on the control arm!!!??? anyone else with this prob? any suggestions on 17x8 rims?

the guy I purchased the car from said he had a new throw out bearing installed.....I plan on pulling the engine and tranny this winter and replace all gaskets and maybe I will do the clutch at the same time
