    When I had a JMS Chip, Mac Prochamber, pullies, and a K&N air filter (stock airbox) as my only power mods I made 253 rwhp @ 5,300 rpm and 291 rwtq @ 4,100 rpm. (SAE)

    I have a hard time believing that just by looking at the Bassani's collector, it just looks restrictive, not smooth at all and it reduces in size way too much. I'd say Hookers, Flowtechs, Jet Hots or SLP's should easily make the most power.

    A cammed/exhaust/tuned Bullitt should *easily* make 280 rwhp, probably more along the lines of 290 - 300 rwhp or so with the usual bolt ons and cams. A Mach 1 with with 4.30s & drag radials will have it's hands full with a near 300 rwhp Bullitt, seeing as how the Bullitt should also have gears...

    If you want to stay n/a and get the most for least fo for 4.10s4.30s, drag radials, off road mid pipe, a set cams (VT, Comp), and a tune and you will ruin your dad's day.

    I have driven several '96-'98 Cobras, a couple '99 Cobras, an '01 Cobra, and a couple of Mach 1's. I stand by my previous statement. 2V's are stronger down low than 4V's, the Mach 1 being the exception.

    Go ahead, overlap the curves of a '96-'98 4V and a '99+ 2V, same mods or stock for stock. The 2V, on average, will make more peak torque and make more horsepower and torque below 3,000 rpm. The Mach 1 4V is the only real exception to the 4V being weak down low.

    Anybody have NKG irridium spark plugs?

    I have the NGK TR55 Iridiums. I saw no improvement over the NGK TR55 coppers I've been running, although I'll leave these in longer than 15,000 miles since they aren't nearly as cheap as the coppers. When these come out the NGK coppers are going back in.

    That is incorrect. '03-'04 Cobras dyno 370-380 rwhp as they come from the factory, ZO6's don't see those numbers, more like 330 - 340 rwhp. Despite their 405 horsepower rating they don't make as much power the the Cobra.

    '96-'97 GTs have 215 hp. '98's have 225 hp. Stock for stock a '99+ GT will have about a 45 - 50 rwhp horsepower advantage over a '96-'98, with your mods I'd say you have about 200-205 rwhp, 20 - 25 rwhp less than a '99+. I think your 4.10s will offset that in a drag drace meaning it's a...
