I had to replace those on my 5.0 (which i recently sold). The part numbers for those pieces should be embedded on the plastic. They were fairly pricey also... maybe around $70 a piece from Ford parts. Good luck.

Well I dont like the angle of the tie rods, so will a bumpsteer kit alleviate the binding problem (if there indeed is a binding problem)? If so, what bumpsteer kit would u recommend. Thanks again.

Im not experiencing bumpsteer, atleast nothing too crazy... I do experience that popping sound, so I just wanted to know what brand of offset rack bushings I should get to help with the angle of the tie rods.

Since your car is lowered, does it look like your outer tie rods are in a bind? Have you replaced your ball joints? What does the noise sound like?

Well the tranny was rebuilt 15,000 miles ago due to a slipping OD band... so I hope that they replaced the filter while they were at it.
