18x9's rubbing in the front

My 98 Cobra came with 18x9 Roush wheels with 265 tires on them. When I turn left or right as far as I can, it rubs just as the steering wheel stops. I crawled under the car and saw that it hits the sway bar. Are there adjustable steering stops on these cars? It has MM coil overs and Racecraft drop spindles.

I have 17x9 Cobra 10th Anny's and I have the same issue. A good friend recommended these:
