I have been a fox body guy. I have owned three of them. I got a heck of a deal on a 2000 GT. I only have a few things to do to it to make it perfect. I've been having trouble finding tan leather seats. The previous owner put in black leather seats and they do not fit correctly. Also, my rear end is whining so I am planning to change it out to either a 390 or a 410 gear ratio. If anybody could give me help locating seats driver and passenger and the brackets. It would be greatly appreciated.

Are you wanting new pieces? Of course you could go to LMR, NPD or CJ Pony Parts.
Salvage otherwise (cheaper that way). Look around your local salvages.

Finding stock seats in good shape is definitely not easy, also Tan is one of the hardest to find.. Ford's Leather sucks and if you do get lucky they will cost a lot and probably die quickly too. I would go with recovering stock seats if you want stock nice ones.
