2001 Platinum Edition/Trade for 2003/04 Cobra

I have an immaculate 2001 (7.3L) F-250 four door short bed, Platinum Edition that I am looking to part ways with. You won't find a 2001 that is cleaner than this one. I am the second owner and I bought it in 2003. Rancho leveling kit, new 35" BFG KO's, full 4" exhaust, intake and Edge chip. New ball joints, shocks and water pump. 168k miles, but most of these are from highway driving. This truck is as close to perfection as you can get. BTW, I understand that I may have to put some cash with the truck in order to facilitate a trade depending on the condition of the Cobra. Sorry, I should have included that in the original post.
