5.0 newbie question

I just bought a 93 lx 5.0 conv. engine started making noise couple days after i got it. I just bought an engine from a friend. It has gt40 aluminum heads that have been ported,gt40 intake and e303 cam. My question is what injectors should i run,what size throttle body and what kind of distributor do i need. It is missing all of those. I am not looking to make this a a race car, i am using this as my daily driver. Also should i use full length headers or shorty.Any responce will be greatly appreciated.

24 pound injectors with adjustable fuel pressure regulator set at 40 psi and at least a 190 lph fuel pump. 70 mm Throttle body. Dont use long tube headers. I have a friend who is also a memebr on here that changed back to shorty headers. Shortys are the better way to go. I run summit shorty headers , mac o/r h pipe and 2 chamber flowmaster cat back.
