91 lx front swaybar

does anyone know if i am supposed to have a front swaybar on my 91 lx, it has a rear swaybar, but i dont see the front swaybar

Yes it should have a front sway bar. Previous owner may have removed it for better results at the drag strip (lets the front end come up more/faster for better weight transfer without the front bar).

some old lady owned the car before me, i wonder where it went? can you buy a new one?

Ya really.. i doubt an old lady removed it. Your best bet would be to find a scrap yard bar.. the stock bar is already very stiff, nearly too stiff for the car, so don't bother going with a "better" bar - unless you run coilovers, you may want to look into Maximum Motorsports less stiff front bar (coilover use only).
