Ok...I know this is on here a milion times but i cant seem to find a clear answer, just dead threads..Im adding an amp and subs to my shaker 500 system and wantd to know where to hook up the line out converter. I read in a post that the rear speakers arent the best spot..what are my other options? Also, any good remote wire suggestions? Thanks
You need to purchase RCA cables that have plugs on one end and speaker wire on the other. JL Audio has them available on their website. Then tap into your rear speakers with the ends that support the speaker wire. The remote wire can be hooked to any 12V 10 amp fuse that turns on and stays on when the ignition is turned on.
