Any plans for a stang that fits in between the GT and Cobra?

Hopefully, I will have enough money to buy a stang in 07 (im only 18, gotta save up). What would be nice is a model that is in between the GT and future cobra, price and performance wise. Does ford have any plans for this? I would love 350hp without to many cosmetic changes from the GT. Though 18" wheels would be nice.

No, we've discussed this MANY times before. You can look for the past threads. Ford has reportedly mocked up many possible special editions, California Special, Mach 1, GT-350, Boss, etc. But Ford has NOT released any details to the public other than to say that the Cobra is planned to be introduced in mid 2006 as a 2007 model.

I doubt that we will hear or see anything before NAIAS in January, and maybe not even then because NAIAS (or the LA show) will be the official intoduction for the Convertible. Until the Vert is out and in production it makes NO sense for Ford to tell the public any info. on other future models.
