I was just wondering if anyone was running a larger stall converter like a 2500 lock up stall on their stock to mild 5.0 with the stock rear end gears (3.08's I think)? I was considering doing this to give my stock aod'd stang more off the line grunt instead of a gear swap so I can maintain normal street mannors and still drive long distances when I need to. Any feedback on this setup would be greatly appreciated.
