AODE with delayed 1-2 upshift

94 mustang 5.0 302 engine automatic k&n air intake

first off...if im just at a stoplight and go..first gear wont slide into 2nd unless i let off the gas. i have a stall converter on the car. if i shift it manually..it does fine..shifts when i want it to. im not really sure whats goin on.

any help is great

thats what i thought too.. my aode would do this when i had low fluid... i used some lucas tranny stuff and tranny fluid... worked fine after that

ahh yeah, lucas seems to fix a lot of stuff.

however, he told me (in a pm) that he had already changed fluid and filter. i will have to ask him if he checked it with the engine running or not.

yea its fine.thats what i thought it was..so i went anhead an changed it and the filter..same thing. thanks for the suggestion
