What cams would be best for my setup (in signature)?

I don't want to rev past 6k rpm...

What kind of gain can I expect over my Comp XE268H cams?

http://www.compcams.com/Cam_Specs/CamDetails.aspx?csid=966&sb=2

Right now I'm thinking about MHS Stage 3 blower Cams...

http://www.modularheadshop.com/Cams.htm#NPI_and_PI_blower,_turbo,_and_nitrous_cams

or MPH Kenne Bell cams...

My heads are PI Stage II Ported by Patriot. Details and flow data below.

My current dyno sheet:

Thanks guys!

Those cams build power to about 6200 under boost, but because they were designed for the NPI heads, their lift is only .500".

Your signature lists your heads as Patriot stage II's. If they are PI heads, then they should be able to handle at least .550" of lift. Any of the high lift cams from COMP (XE2xxAH), Crower, CMS, Hitech.....you get the idea, will fit the bill.

On my heads, my flow goes from 238cfm at .500 to 257cfm at .600" (I myself am only running a 270ah with .550" right now). Depending on the flow profile of those heads, you may be able to increase your power from a higher lift cam.

If you want some suggestions, let me know.

Hey, thanks for the reply. I added my ported head flow data above to my 1st post and they are PI heads. I may not gain much from a lift over .500, but if I'm going to change my cams, I may as well go big or go home. I may end up with some ported TFS heads down the road and I would not want to have to change cams again.

Added my dyno sheet above too.

How much power could I gain over my current cams if I went with the MHS Stage 3 blower cams or MPH KB cams?

Oh, and suggestions welcome, please!

MHS Stage 3 will not fit a 4.6 unless you have some piston notches (I might know the designer)

What RPM are you wanting to turn? Those Stage 3 in a 4.6 are like 7000-7300RPM specs.

Just saw this, IMHO stick with what you have, its probably not going to be that big of a gain if only going up to 6K if the install centerline on the Comp is in a good location (109~110 intake)

After looking at all your specs, I am thinking that with your current heads the gains from a different set of cams will be minimal. the best option given your compression is a boost increase.
If you decide to go with a set of trick flow heads, their stage two cam for their heads would be ideal.

As it is, I say just dial up the boost and see how that goes for now.

I was already going to turn up the boost this summer, I was just looking ahead of that thinking about what to do after upping the boost. I guess the cams should wait until I get new heads. I plan on going up 4 psi this spring. Looking for 500 to the wheels with the added boost :D
