car bogs when under WOT

My car is bogging under WOT and also some popping out the exhaust as well. It doesnt run bad when driving unspirited, Idle is a little erratic but not bad. I am getting codes 15,67 and 85 .

Car is an automatic.

The car sat for at least 6 months with les than 1/4 tank of gas before I bought it. transmission slips in 3rd gear ( just in case that fact is relevant to code 67).

I was thinking I would start by checking the KAPWR wire for juice to the computer. Then maybe a fuel filter.
When I check the KAPWR would it be ok to check it by sticking a pin in the wire close to the computer ? (maybe like an inch or so from the computer)

well I got rid of the code 15 the computer had a hypertech chip so I took it off for now. so that still leaves 67 and 85 I thought 85 was 2.3L specific.

and as for the bogging I guess ill check the fuel pressure. I noticed that the bogging/breaking up even happens while revving up when the car is sitting still, it comes in at around 3K RPMs .
