Ok so if I am cruising usually in about 1st or 2nd gear and I really lean into it and then let off real quick I get a squeak or squeal that sounds like a blow off valve (wish it was). I dont know if its my clutch or tranny slipping? Any ideas?

I am unsure of what your problem may be. I see no reason for the clutch to make any noise only during deceleration or for your tranny to. A manual transmission also cannot slip so you can rule out that. It may be a bearing in the transmission, the release bearing or something along those lines but usually the only noise I have ever heard from a clutch was while the pedal is being pushed down or while letting up on the pedal. That's strange. If you figure it out I am interested to hear what it is.

i put new wheels and tires on and it stopped. Im thinking when i backed out at a high rpm without pushing in the clutch my bald tires stopped for a split second. That is the best explanation i can come up with.
