Convertible Top Stopped Working In My 90

At first I thought it was a blown fuse because the trunk release didn't work either, but I replaced the fuse which didn't look blown and now the trunk release works and I can hear the two relays clock, but still nothing. What's the next thing to check?

I have the shop manual and I really could go through it methodically, I was just hoping to start by checking the most likely culprits.

If you have power at both relays, coming in and going out, check ground between the relays, check voltage at the motor, if you have voltage at the motor, replace motor. If no power at the motor then you have a break in the wiring or a bad ground.
