Oil's not a fast combustable,so it not like the pressure would be a very fast rise,like an opening an air valve.And if it has a EGR or a breather,it can let the pressure out fast enough.Pull I surely think it would blow out,say a valve cover gasket befor it would a intake...

some people just don't have the money right away to replace an oil pan, nevermind the time that it takes to replace on some cars, never mind paying a shop to do it. most people don't have access to a welder either. jb weld will hold it over till you can do it properly, like i said above i used jb weld to hold my pan together when i had no other option and it ended up holding for 2 years
