dogbone-rear squeak?

http://forums.stangnet.com/showthread.php?t=562104&highlight=foglight+bulb

I read this while looking for something about bulbs...anyway...

I had my rear end rebuilt 2 years ago-rebuilt trac-loc, installed 3.73s. It has always since made a clunk like sound when shifting 3-OD, but I was told this is sort of expected.

This past summer I had the rear upper and lower c/a's replaced on my 90 GT covertible. The shop said that the rear end was twisting before these were changed. Now I have eliminated much of the suspension noise I had, but I have gained a "clunking squeak sound" that only happens when the trans shifts AFTER I let off of the gas. I have narrowed it down to originating in the rear but traveling up the driveshaft into the trans area. I can almost "feel" and hear it from under the seat area.

Has anyone else experienced this (I know it is hard to explain a sound like this without you hearing it too) and/or does anyone think it could be this dogbone thing CAUSING a squeaky vibration/clunk rather than helping like originally intended?

THANKS
