Engine upgrades?

So I am by no means ignorant so maybe I should have been more clear with my response but my Coupe is the same way. EGR is installed and connected to the ECU but all the rest of the emissions has been long gone. With the tune on the previous motor it passed Houston emissions testing with flying colors with only the catted X-pipe.

EGR on '94/'95 cars comes from the cyl3 runner on the passenger exhaust header. You don't need a GT40 lower intake with that passage, it's legacy from the FoxBody cars that pulled it through the intake. SN95 5.0s picked it up externally. The only problem with the non-EGR GT40 lowers is that their ports are a little bit smaller. This can be resolved through porting.
