Flickering lights?

My interior and outside lights all flicker at idle. When i give it gas the flickiering stops. Anyone know what i should check?

Have the alt tested

Can i test it using a voltmeter?

Sounds like the internal voltage regulator might be a bit twitchy. You can test the voltage with a voltmeter, or if you want a more thorough test you can take it to one of the neighborhood parts chains and they will test the whole system out for you for free.
