Functional Hood

I was thinking about making my 2002 mustang gt hood functional. Has anyone done this? I was wondering where i could get this done at and if it is possible?

waste of time. no real power or advantage there.

I did this without really thinking about it and it sucked. I just like the open hood scoop look so I cut out the honeycomb then the scoop flopped around over 60 and scratched up the hood. Had to take it off and reinforce with fiberglass mat. I actually cut a hole in the hood to let some of the air pressure out but all that did was cause rain and leaves to get in the engine bay.

how bout if you replaced the honeycomb with like a fine black metal screen? you could set it back in the scoop a little maybe?
