Horn Wiring

1992 mustang, horn works fine. was tinkering under the car and found a 12 ish inch white wire coming out of the two wire connection for the horn and going nowhere. piece of electrical tape over the end. the other wire is the green wire out of the connection and it goes right into the harness. where does this white wire connect to? jrichker - pretty please?

Pull on the wire, if it comes loose, the previous owner was monkeying around with something, maybe an alarm. It doesn't show up on the diagrams I have.
