How to Adjust Koni (yellow) Adjustable shocks and struts.

I don't have the instructions or anything to help me adjust my struts and shocks to make sure there in the most comfortable setting for driving on the streets. Which way do you have to turn it.It feels kinda rough going through bumpy roads.

I got KONI Single Adjustables (Yellows). I got instuctions here is what they say, do you have Single Adjustables?

If you have the white knob.

1) CITY RIDE - most comfortable city ride possible, turn completely clockwise.

2) CROSS COUNTRY - 1/2 turn counter-clockwise.

3) GT/AGGRESSIVE DRIVING - 1 Turn counter-clockwise

I assumed for #2 and #3 the turning was from the CITY RIDE position.
