Is this the correct fusebox location?

I have a 91 vert and the fusebox seems to be mounted down pretty low under the dash. I don't remember it being mounted this way in the 88 I used to own, but it's been a couple of years and my memory isn't what it used to be.

Take a look at the picks and let me know if this is normal.

In mine it has it's own housing right above where yours is. There is a plate that pulls off the dash, and the fuse box is behind it. It appears that your car doesnt' have this.

It is suppose to be up higher and setting flat with the wiring under the dash. Just take a zip tie to the one end and tie it up there out of the way.
