Just finished my motor. Pics.

Just got done building the new motor for my car. Tell me what you think as this is my first build. A buddy and I did it. I'm 19 and still learning but I've learned alot since I started driving at 17 with my first ford. The not so powerfull 87 Escort.

Weiand stealth intake manifold
Edelbrock 600cfm Carb
84 Stock pistons
1-5/8 Shorty headers connected to 89 2-1/4" GT H-pipe with hollowed cats
Custom Ram-air setup
A/C / Heater Delete
Power steering Delete
Gutted under dash
Removed back seat
87 AOD Tranny with B&M Shift kit
89 Gt Rear bumper

I am not a fan of the extra tall air filter, but that is just personal preferance.

What are you putting the motor in BTW?

lol my moniter is fine the settings are normal...idk I just think its more orange than red but who the **** cares what I think lol

It's going in a 85 Mustang LX Notchback. I like carbs...less **** breaks that way..they're cheap and easy to tune. I got pics of the heads when they were red before we repainted them, but it's the same paint. I'm also not using that air cleaner. And that Distribiutor is a Pertronix. Aint some lazy points using crap.
