Level lifted off ground?

I need to change my tranny fluid. The car will need to be lifted for me to get under it but will also need to be level.
How is everyone else lifting there cars and getting them level? Iv always just used jack stands but that does not seem
like it would keep the car level?

The car doesn't need to be perfectly level. You can just eyeball it and get close enough. Just don't jack up one end of the car and say it's good. That definitely won't be level.
