looking 2 rebuild and freshin up 2.3

hey guys i need help! im looking 2 rebuild my motor, its runs but i wanna replace the seals, bearings, gaskets, etc.. i just dont know what the right parts 2 use. what i need is a list of seals,bearings,gaskets,rings and anything else that would make my motor like new! i also would like 2 put a nice street cam in the car at the same time, so help with that would be great. so if u have any suggestions id appericate it alot. thanks!

What year of car? is it a turbo or N/A engine?

its an 84 svo, 1984 2.3 turbo

As for a camshaft, I would personally suggest a roller cam out of a 91-93 Mustang or 89-97 Ranger. Or, if you can track one down, a Ford Motorsport A237 roller cam. For seals and gaskets, I like the quality of NAPA's products. They seem a lot nicer than anything I have ever bought at Advance Auto or Auto Zone. The people at NAPA seem a lot more with it too.
