Looking for a motor

I was wondering if anyone knows of any where to buy a good reliable high performance motor for a 94 GT looking to have at least 500 natural hp on pump gas and ability to add a turbo or supercharger in the future. Also do you know weather its worth it to go with a 6 speed over a five speed?
