Mustang 96 Body Swap

So I have a rusted out 96 in Wisconsin but rebuilt motor and transmission. I'm considering getting a clean body while I'm on tx and bring it back home to repaint and swap everything from the rusted one to the clean one and either use it as my own summer weekend car or try to sell it. What are some issues I might have trying to do a full body swap
