OK i'm talking about the part that the window crank attaches/screws onto. The screw that holds the crank on has broke off, and trying to drill the screw out has only created more problems, so i wanna replace the spline part that the crank slips over.

Questions are, can i, how do i, and where do i get the part?

I haven't looked at one in several years, but I know you can drill out the 3 rivets and replace the complete regulator with one from another car. I don't know if the splined part itself can be replaced or not.

Good luck!

Ditto that, take your cordless drill to a junk yard and pop one out of another stang. Sometimes you luck out and can pop the rivets off with a chisel and hammer. Just use bolts and locknuts to put it in your car.
