I realize this isn't the place for OBD issues, on an Nov 84 (85 model) mustang.
However, I hope you guys can help me out before I go to the next board up. My buddy thinks his OBD1 will auto correct engine performance to the point that it will runaround town at 1250 rpm all day long.
To me, it sounds like a vacuum leak . He thinks maybe the throttle position sensor is out of whack.
Bigger question in my mind, is how much actual control does an OBD1 system have, for the early TBI?
