Oil Pan help

Hello everyone, I have a quick question. I just changed the oil for the first time myself and afterwards there is a constant drip from the oil pan plug. The plug is tightened and I can't think of any reason why it's doing this. Anyone have any ideas? Thanks

Is the gasket still on the nut? If it is change it. They sell them at the parts store. Just bring the plug with you and get the correct one.
