PCV valve hose routing

I want to run my PCV valve hose to the port on the intake behind the carb on a Edel.. performer intake instead of to the front of the carb.Will this be a good location or will it mess something up.And if youve got any pics of where you have ran yours then please post them.

That's fine.
But I would keep it plumbed separately rather than go into a multiple tee fitting in order to FOM in the future.

Mine goes to the front (edelbrock) and the port in the back looks as if it allrready goes down to the tranny>

well its not gonna tee into another line.Theres this port sticking up out of the intkae manifold bewhing the carb about 5 inches away from the PCV valve and thats the one Im thinking about running it to. But I dont want to have performance problems.Any answers are welcome. Thanks

you shouldnt have any performance problems.

That port is for your power brake booster to hook to.
It might pull too much vac and suck oil.
