You're right about the differences in the software. SCT's was just easier to use and most of the tuning was done for me with the base tune. All I had to do was the MAF transfer function. The Tweecer had a steep learning curve and I just couldn't get it.

There is a major price difference though. I paid $550 for the Tweecer. You'll pay $895 for the PRP and you'll want to have a datalogger. The SNEEC-IV cost $490. The SNEEC is not as robust as the SCT X-Cal or the Tweecer's datalogger though.

More on the Tweecer, I did notice that some people on the EECTuning.org are now offering to do base tunes so that should be very helpful. Also, the SCT tuning manual is available for everyone to read so that should be helpful too.
