Ok, I have noticed that sometimes when I release the clutch when not in gear there is a weird kinda of like grinding noise. As soon as I engage the clutch the noise stops, I only notice the noise sometimes, and when the car is not in gear....any opinions???

The throwout bearing is part of the clutch assembly, it sits in the middle of the clutch assembly where it makes contact with the flywheel. To get to it, you first have to remove your mid-pipe X-pipe in your case, disconnect the driveshaft, then remove the transmission. While you are there you may want to upgrade your clutch and maybe your flywheel.

I would suspect the bearing on the layshaft, rather than the throwout bearing. The layshaft is the shaft inside the trans that is always spinning when the clutch is out. Press the clutch in, the layshaft stops spinning, and the noise stops.
