Replacement Shortblock doesn't have valve reliefs... advise needed!!!

Hey all, I bought a Non-H.O. engine to replace my worn out 247,000 mile shortblock. I am putting a new set of E7's onto my new shortblock instead of retaining the slack-ass E5's.
Its a Lincoln roller 5.0. I know it doesn't have the H.O. camshaft, but I have one laying around and thought about putting that in there.
One problem I run into is, is this camshaft going to be too big for the flat tops'? They have no valve reliefs and Im wondering if I float my valves (5200RPMs and up, right?) will they hit???

Whats the biggest camshaft that I can run with flat tops and E7's??

Thanks, and Merry Christmas everyone!
